It is a privilege to write a letter of recommendation for Steve Jugan (Integrated Design Studios).
I have known Steve on a personal and professional basis for 6 months. We met at a Longboard Collector Club meeting in San Clemente and I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and drive. My initial response to Steve was that he is a powerful man with a get-it-done attitude. He has not only proven to be this kind of man, he is also a man of his word with remarkable skills.
Steve has developed a website for the Longboard Collector Club. It is beautiful and was created in a short period of time and can be viewed at www.longboardcollectorclub.com... Steve took the ball and ran full-steam with it. I would send him something and he was on it immediately and more than willing to adjust his work to meet his client’s demands. Steve didn’t sit on anything, regardless of how busy he was with different projects. I have the feeling he is that way with everything he does.
I would also add that Steve goes above-and-beyond what is expected of him. Steve saw the need to add something to our website and took the initiative and did it! I can’t tell you how nice it is for someone to see what needs to be expanded and do it. He ran the idea by me before it was posted (after he had committed hours to it) and would have lost time and energy if it hadn’t been approved. My point is he knew it needed to be done and had it ready to post immediately. That is the kind of person I want working with me on projects.
I look forward to working with Steve for many years. I am a retired school teacher and President of the Collector Club. Steve is helping us move into the 21st century after years of “thinking about it.” He is progressive, a fast worker, and intuitive of client demands. Steve is also personable and represents himself professionally.
